BraveYards Academy Heads to Cyprus for Its First International Training Camp of 2025

Today, the delegation of BraveYards Football Academy departs for Cyprus to participate in its first international training camp of the year, which will span a full week. This camp comes as part of the academy’s vision to enhance its players' development both on and off the pitch.

The camp will take place from April 17 to 23, 2025, under the supervision of a group of elite European coaches, led by Chris Alexandrou, a UEFA-certified holistic football mentor and technical director for several first-division clubs in Cyprus.

Hosted in West Limassol, the camp offers a comprehensive daily program that combines three hours of football training, personal development workshops, social culture sessions, and exploratory excursions designed to enrich the players’ overall experience.

The training is divided into specialized modules that include:

  • Individual technical and tactical sessions
  • Street football
  • Video analysis
  • Beach training sessions
  • Activities for building character and leadership

Players will be grouped into small teams of 4–5 participants to ensure personalized attention and to maximize the benefits of what is known as the “Diamond Period”, an ideal time for player growth free from the pressures of matches and academic schedules.

The program also includes dedicated sessions focusing on:

  • Emotional and mental intelligence
  • Sports nutrition
  • Injury prevention
  • Life skills through sport and social interaction

It is worth noting that the academy will also organize a second training camp in Cyprus this summer (from June 30 to July 6, 2025), which will feature both morning and afternoon training sessions along with special seaside activities at Armonia Beach.

This initiative aligns with BraveYards Academy’s broader mission to build a generation of well-rounded players who uphold strong sporting and human values, both on and off the field.
